Pre-Op Loan Solutions
- Supreme financial statement analysis
- Practice/Business Assessment and Evaluation
- Practice Value Quote (a cash flow valuation)
- Analyze and Assess Existing Debt Structure
- Written practice narrative to include history, cash flow, debt service analysis, projections and recommendations
- Pre-Underwrite and Pre-Qualify all loans with Doctor prior to bank submission.
- Loan application and document review
- Assist with loan closings: coordinating all documents and agreements between the Doctor and the Bank
- Set and manage finish-line timelines with a written action plan
- Assist the Doctor/Bank in clearing and subordinating all liens required to fund loan
- Assist the Doctor with insurance requirements, landlord waivers, etc.
- Site visit requirements and any other bank closing requests
- Assist in office lease renewal terms or negotiations
- Supreme Will Keep YOU INFORMED through the entire process
Post-Op Loan Solutions
- All SUPREME PREFERRED Doctors qualify for additional lending needs for 24 months
- SUPREME Doctor/Professional loan lead referral of $2,500 for funded leads
- SUPREME Metric “Post Loan Check-up” Three times per year for a 12 months period, upon Doctor request
- Supreme Business Advisory, establish monthly phone calls to assess practice performance, upon Doctor request
- Program will organize and assist the Doctor with a business exit plan toward retirement in order to maximize practice sale value
- Supreme will introduce Doctors to a network of SUPREME Preferred Practice Professions, upon Doctor request.
