Prior to joining SLC, Mr. Kohler was an Assistant Vice President, Credit Underwriter with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (JPMorgan) in their JPMorgan Private Banking Sector where he processed Personal Equity Lines of Credit.
Prior to JPMorgan Mr. Kohler was an Assistant Vice President, Senior Credit Underwriter with the Huntington National Bank, N.A. (Huntington) in their SBA unit where he processed requests for small business loans. Prior to Huntington, Mr. Kohler was an Assistant Vice President with Main Street Bank, underwriting loans for the professional practice finance division. He joined Main Street Bank in January 2009.
Before joining Main Street Bank, Mr. Kohler was a Senior Vice President, Credit Officer with Midwest Business Capital a Division of United Midwest Savings Bank (Midwest). While at Midwest, Mr. Kohler prepared SBA and Commercial credit requests for Credit Committee decisions. He was also responsible for collections and workouts with a staff of 4. A primary responsibility was making demand to the SBA to honor their guarantee. Mr. Kohler joined Midwest in August of 2007. Prior to Midwest Mr. Kohler was with Bank of America Financial Solutions (BoA) from October 1998 where he was a Senior Vice President, Credit Manager with up to 10 people reporting to him in the healthcare finance division. Other responsibilities included auditing portfolios of loans that were to be securitized and was directly involved with auditors that were reviewing the portfolios on behalf of the investors.
Prior to BoA, Mr. Kohler was an Assistant Vice President with Banc One Leasing Corporation a subsidiary of Banc One Corporation (BOLC) from October 1987 to October 1998. Mr. Kohler received a BA in History and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin – Superior. In addition, Mr. Kohler, has taken various courses in credit and collections, credit and financial analysis and accounting over the course of his career.

Rick provides leadership, management, and administrative direction for comprehensive marketing and communications services. This position serves as a senior advisor to the President for issues related to marketing and communications and supports collaborating with the President, Sales Development Management Team, and Sponsors to effectively establish our mission and goals. Developing strong relationships with sponsors, bingo managers, community members and community organizations to promote Bingo Lingo and its programs will be a key charge assigned to Rick.
